Legal
Terms of use
These terms govern the Cracksoft QuickBooks integration and associated website. The integration is a private internal tool operated for Cracksoft's own company records. It is not offered as a service to the public.
Authorised use
Only the operator and people authorised by Cracksoft may use the integration. Users must have permission to access the connected QuickBooks Online company and must comply with Intuit's applicable terms.
Purpose
The integration may retrieve and manage accounting information through the QuickBooks Online API in response to operator instructions. The operator remains responsible for reviewing accounting entries, reports and changes before relying on them.
Credentials and security
Users must protect local credentials, devices and access to the connected Intuit account. Suspected compromise should be addressed promptly by revoking the Intuit connection and deleting or replacing local credentials.
Third-party services
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks and services of Intuit Inc. Cracksoft is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit. Cloudflare provides hosting and request processing. Separate terms from those providers apply.
No accounting advice
The integration is a technical tool. It does not provide legal, tax, audit or professional accounting advice. Appropriate professional advice should be obtained when needed.
Availability and changes
The integration may change, become unavailable or be discontinued without notice. Availability also depends on Intuit, Cloudflare, the local MCP client and network services outside Cracksoft's control.
Disclaimer
The integration is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular accounting outcome.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cracksoft is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the integration, including loss caused by incorrect instructions, third-party outages or unauthorised access.
Termination
Access may be ended at any time by revoking the Intuit connection, deleting local credentials or discontinuing the integration.
